Experimental research on factors affecting the cutting quality of sugarcane cutter

To decrease the broken root rate of sugarcane cutter in cutting sugarcane (summarized as broken rate below), and to increase sugarcane cutter cutting quality, the authors carried out test-bed trial, established mathematics model, studied the factors affecting the cutting quality of sugarcane cutter, at the same time, synthetically optimize the factors affecting the cutting quality of sugarcane cutter. The results show that trial factors have great effects on cutting quality, and the optimized results can decrease broken rate efficiently. When sugarcane is cut in dry or wet field, the broken rate is less than 14 percent.
