Abstract
Sliding bearings often lose efficacy when a magnetic-force pump runs, if positive pressure acting on sliding bearings is reduced, magnetic-force pump reliability can be added a lot. Basic ways of designing sliding bearing are introduced first. A kind of permanent magnet equilibrium horizontal magnetic-force pump model is introduced in this article, the ways of calculating rotor reverting force when the rotor has the axis displacement are analyzed through demagnetization curve. A couple of isomerism magnet rings are equipped on both ends of axial, outer rings are placed biased, the force acts on rotor and balances the gravity of rotor, moment must be zero. The common problem of magnetic-force pump sliding bearings lapse can be solved according to the theories introduced in this article.
