Development of the test-bed for testing the mechanical properties of straw materials

A kind of test-bed was designed to study the properties of straw materials and to solve some problems，such as optimization of parameters of processing machine. There were three sections including acceleration system, testing system and controlling system in the tester. An advanced system of data acquisition and analysis and high speed camera were applied. It has simple structure and it is easy to be operated. It is showed that some experiments to test the properties of straw materials can be done, and the theory of straw crush can also be researched on the test-bed. It is also an effective method and credible instrument.
