    Effects of model of heating on the properties of wheat straw-ceramics

    • A technique has been developed to prepare woodceramics using wheat straw as raw material. The influences of the model of heating on the ratio of remaining carbon, density, porosity, bending strength and resistivity of woodceramics were investigated. It was found that the density, bending strength and porosity increase with the increasing heating rate, while the resistivity decreases. Especially, the ratio of remaining carbon of the composite can be increased significantly. A new technology for preparing woodceramics which improves the general model of heating was put forward. It breaks a new path and space for wheat straw recycling synthetically.
