Mechanism analysis and experiment of the washer of duck eggs suspended in liquid in batches

    • In order to wash duck eggs in batches with great efficiency, the authors put forward a new method for washing duck eggs suspended in liquid in batches. The mechanism of the washer was analyzed and the experiment was carried out. This method can be described as follows: eggs in batches were put in such liquid as mud, lime slurry. with similar specific gravity to eggs, then the eggs suspended in liquid were whisked gently by a rotating brush. Eggs were cleaned through the scrub between the rotating brush or liquid or static brush and eggs. The experimental results indicated that the clean grade and percentage of broken eggs were highly relevant to the speed of the rotating brush, the washing time, the specific gravity of the liquid and the quantity of the eggs each time. The washer designed according to the parameters by experiment and mechanism analysis can fulfill the task of washing duck eggs in batches with high efficiency.
