    Quality analysis of oat and its commercialization development

    • In this paper, the contents of main nutrition ingredients and the health benefit of oat, oat flour and oat bran were analyzed, the oat products in market and new oat product development abroad and at home were introduced. Some suggestions for oat commercialization development were put forward.
