Effects of water content in growing media on yield and growth of Chinese chive in greenhouse

Influence of water content of growing media on yield and growth of Chinese chive in spring greenhouse was studied. The results showed that 60% RWC of water content could obtain high yield, big diameter of stem and large width of leaf. Total N, K content reduced and total P content increased in dry Chinese chive with water supply decreasing. The optimum range of the amount of water used in growing media was recommended in greenhouse in spring by regression equation between amount of water used and yield of Chinese chive.
