Change of pathogen resistance related protein after induced by glucohexaose
Activity chang of five enzymes of cucumber seedling laminae after spraying glucohexaose were analyzed. The activities of chitinase, β-1.3-glucanse, PAL and PPO are obviously increased after induced by glucohexaose, but the activity of APX was decreased, which maybe relates to the mechanism of induced resistance of glucohexaose.
