    Application of integrated appraisal method to water-saving irrigation pattern selection

    • Expert valuation method, possible satisfaction method and projection function method were adopted in fuzzy integrated appraisal to determine index weight. Subject grading is difficult for considering many indexes that the engineering project usually deviated from actual state. This paper introduces a subjective and objective analysis method combining Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method and expert valuation method to determine index weight. An evaluation system based on economic-resource-society to evaluate upland water-saving irrigation pattern of Songnen Plain is put forward. These results are coincident with actual agriculture of Songnen Plain. The system provides reference to selecting water-saving irrigation pattern.
