    Research and development of liquamatic piston fertilizer pump for micro-irrigation

    • The fertigation devices are necessary for realizing the fertigation automatization in agricultural field, and the research and development of fertigation devices is always a focus in the fertigation field. In this paper, the research and development situation of fertigation devices for micro-irrigation in domestic and foreign countries was summarized firstly. On the basis of the introduction, the structure and working mechanism of the liquamatic piston fertilizer pump developed by the relative research staffs were introduced in detail. In addition, the working performance of the liquamatic piston fertilizer pump was tested. Results show that the newly developed fertilizer pump possesses many prevailing characteristics such as low-working pressure and better efficiency in absorbing fertilizer and so on. The liquamatic piston fertilizers pump has wide application.
