    Design and development of information system for agricultural land classification in Jiangxi Province

    • To manage spatial and attribute the informations, and improve the scientificity and automation of agricultural land classification, the information system for agricultural land classification in Jiangxi Province was designed using MapObjects and Visual C++, which based on the component geography information system(GIS) technology and the computer technology. Through the application of the information system in Fenyi County, Jiangxi Province, the technical procedure of the system is consistent with the fundamental principles of agricultural land classification, and the software works well, which can enhance the efficiency of agricultural land classification.
