    Optimization of the technology for extracting limonin from Fructus aurantii immaturus by-products

    • With the method of single factor experiment and rotational orthogonal experiment, the optimum extraction conditions of limonin were determined. Results show that the optimum extraction conditions of limonin are obtained as follows: 78% ethanol as extraction solvent at 60℃ for 2 h, the ratio of material to solvent is 1∶6(w/v), and the pH value of ethanol is 6.5. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of limonin is about 94.2%。
