Abstract
Single-factor experiment, fraction factorial design experiment and response surface methodology(RSM) were applied to optimize the extraction conditions of hepatoprotective total triterpenoid from Actinidia deliciosa(A.Chev.) C. F. Ling et A. R. Ferguson root by using a self-designed temperature-controlled microwave equipment. Results suggest that ethanol concentration, extraction temperature and extraction time are statistically significant factors when microwave power is constant. The optimized conditions are ethanol concentration of 63%, extraction temperature of 47℃ and extraction time of 30 min when microwave power is 450 W. Under the optimized operating conditions, the extraction rate of total triterpenoid is 85.13% with one-time extraction. The predicted value was also verified by validation experiments. The results of this study provided useful information and reference for the optimization of extraction conditions and processes of triterpenoid by microwave-assisted equipment.
