Design and implementation of management system for land change investigation based on ArcGIS Engine

Automatical, scientific and modern management was the trend ofland modifying investigation. According to the land modifying investigationcharacteristics, a management system base on ArcGIS Engine was designed to realizeoverlay analysis of different period and source data and output reports automatically. The results show that the designed system have strong special characteristic and practical value. The system can guarantee that the total area is notchange before and after modifying. And the change stream can be analyzed according to change data for outputting all kinds of report tables.
