Abstract
The technology for extracting water-soluble polysaccharides from rapeseed meal was investigated. Through single-factor experiments, three levels of the factors including extraction temperature, the ratio of water to rapeseed meal and extraction time were selected to the central composite design experiment. The quadric regression model for the yield of polysaccharides was established. The model was significantly fit well and the optimum combination was obtained by response surface analysis and ridge analysis. Experimental results indicat that extraction temperature, the ratio of water to rapeseed meal and extraction time affect the yield of water-soluble polysaccharides. When the extraction parameters are composed of 94℃, 2.9 hours and 28∶1 ratio of water to rapeseed meal, the yield of polysaccharides is maximum which predicted value is 2.18% and verified value is 2.23%.
