Abstract
Manufacturing technique of rubber-based porous pipe as subirrigation lateral determines its discharge characteristics and normal operation performance. Advances in the manufacturing technique and discharge characteristics test of the porous pipe were reviewed. Emission uniformity and anti-clogging capability of the pipe are the main task for processing improvement. Discharge characteristics test is the key step for optimizing the manufacturing technique and the application design of porous pipe. Test method and production criterion are the key for advancing the technology and realizing standardization in manufacturing practice.
