Ganoderma lucidum cultivation with herb residues and components analysis

    • In order to cultivate Ganoderma lucidum with herb residues, the optimum conditions of solid fermentation and fruitbody cultivation were determined, the main bioactive components and the contents of heavy metals were analyzed, such as polysaccharides and ganoderic acid. Results show that the optimized condition of solid fermentation are temperature 26~28℃, medium water content 55~60%, pH5.0~6.0, sufficient oxygen supply, no light needed. To fruitbody, temperature 25~30℃, about 90% air humidity, pH4.0~6.0, sufficient oxygen supply, scattered-light needed. The contents of heavy metals are less than that of national standard.
