Influence factors and countermeasures for food safety

Currently, the issues about Chinese food safety have become a new focus as the increase of the environmental pollution to agriculture and the pollution caused by planting and breeding, as well as the deficiency in the management of food market. In order to strengthen the research on Chinese food Safety and construct "Management System of Food Safety" and enhance food safety level, the pollution, technique and management factors which influence the food safety were introduced, and some feasible measures were put forward to ensure food safety.
