Technology optimization for liquid fermentation and polysaccharid extraction of Grifola frondosa

    • In order to optimize technology for liquid fermentation and polysaccharide extraction of Grifola frondosa, according to experimental data the response surface model using biomass of mycelia as response value was established and the fermentation technology was optimized as follows: air-flow 1.4∶1(V/V), pH 6.0. The biomass of mycelia was fitted by Radial Basis Function(RBF). The factors affecting polysaccharid extraction such as concentration of alcohol for deposition, extration times, temperature were investigated by using orthogonal experiment. The results indicated that the optimized technology was that the ratio of material to water 1∶20, extraction times three, extraction temperature 60℃, concentration of alcohol for deposition 85%, and the response surface model was made out.
