    Analysis of obstacle factors to sustainable land use of Kenli County in Yellow River Delta

    • This paper selected 34 factors that effect on sustainable land use from national condition, environment condition and social and economic condition, and was standardization with membership function. According to calculation of obstacle degree, the obstacle factor of sustainable land use was analyzed in detail. The factors such as per capita agricultural gross output value, per unit area yield of grain, reed land rate, agricultural land rate and degree of townish are the main obstacle factor of sustainable land use. The reed rate is the most important obstacle factor after 1996. The restriction of the per capita agricultural gross output value mainly appears before 1998, and does not form the obstacle to sustainable land use later. The per unit area yield of grain and agricultural land rate mainly appears after 1996. Forest grass coverage rate, per hectare cultivated land agricultural machinery power and rural electrified level have committed obstacle to sustainable land use during more than half of the time. Before 1994, per peasant capita income obstacle degree is relatively heavy and behaved as the main obstacle factor.
