Abstract
In order to separate fruit acid from apple juice, ion-exchange method was studied systematically. By static and dynamic fruit acid separation experiments, suitable ion-exchange resin type was selected, eluent and elution parameters was optimized. Results show that resin D380 has the highest absorption efficiency, and the static adsorbance is 30.73 mg/mL. The absorption balance time is 270 min. Dynamic adsorbance reaches 60.24 mg/mL. The optimal concentration of juice for absorption is 11°Brix. The optimum dynamic absorption parameters are as follows: flowing velocity 5 mL/min, temperature 20℃, juice concentration 11°Brix. The optimum elution conditions are as follows: 50% ethanol as the eluent, temperature 25℃, flowing velocity 6 mL/min, 3-time elution, and the ratio of eluent to resin is 2∶1(v/v).
