    Research and design of higher vacuum evaporation coating equipment for big width film plating

    • In the deep processing of agricultural and food products, there are some key technological problems of system design on the domestic traditional reelable vacuum aluminium coating system, including mass process parameters, bad process duplication, unstable production quality caused by complex operation, and high equipment failure rate. A newly developed reelable vacuum aluminium coating system with 1500 mm-wide thin plastic films was designed with high vacuum technology in order to satisfy the vacuum aluminum coating of more than 1500 mm-wide, such as polyethylene terephthalate(PET), oriented polypropylene(OPP), polypropylene cast film(CPP), polyvinyl chloride(PVC). The test analysis indicated that the ultimate vacuums of upper and lower chambers achieved 9.0×10-2 Pa and 6.7×10-2 Pa, respectively. The vacuum recovering time was shorter than eight minutes and the coating thickness was from 600? to 700?. There are several advantages of this new system, including good crimp property, wide coating amplitude, fast coating speed, small straight deviation, firm and even coating. Thus, a newly reelable vacuum aluminium coating system was developed for the deep processing of agricultural and food products.
