Abstract
Characteristics of soil water movement and horizontal one-dimensional water infiltration under different negative hydraulic heads were analyzed through laboratory simulation. The formula of water infiltration based on Brook-Corey model was put forward under negative hydraulic heads, and the function relation of each parameter was analyzed. The fitness of the Philip formula and the improved formula were tested. Results show that the theory can better describe the process of horizontal one-dimensional water infiltration under negative hydraulic head.
