Abstract
The effects of plant density on outgrowth and productive tillers by machine-transplanted rice were studied with Wuxiangjing 9(japonica variety) from labeling on tiller, and outgrowth and tiller production by machine-transplanted rice with planting rice by hand were compared. Results showed that the outgrowth and tiller production for mechanized rice transplanting emphasis mostly 0/4, 0/5, 0/6, 0/7, the first tiller and 4/1 the second tiller and the more range tiller, and on the condition of machine-transplanted rice. With plant density increase, 0/4, 0/5, 0/6, 0/7 of the first tiller prominently reduce. The lower second tiller as 4/1 mostly reduces. Results indicated the yield as three seedlings per hill for mechanized rice transplanting is the highest, 0/5, 0/6, 0/7 of the first tiller outgrowth and tiller production rate are higher than those by hand. The experiment indicates the law of the outgrowth and tiller production for machine-transplanted rice.
