Ditching parts of no-tillage sower in paddy stubble field

  • The rice second-crop field gutter is one of the important things that the large area winter unoccupied land was planted with rape in the southern China. Presently IIS245 was used as the major component of the ditcher, by which the construction of no-tillage sower in paddy stubble field was designed. And the kinematics analysis was made on the process of ditching and cutting of the ditcher which worked in the same direction of traction. The mathematical model was established in the crosswise throwing of earth, and the result of equation was resolved by Matlab7.0. The field test indicates that the ditcher throws the earth width to be possibly 1.0~1.5 m in the field, the soil broken rate reaches 90%. Ditching operation has a good performance and reliable performance, which can satisfy the agronomy requirements of the existing rape planting and so on. The difficult question of opening ditch was settled in no-tillage. Meanwhile the result of the mathematical model is consistent with the experiment, which provided the theory basis for the ditching part design.
