    Wear resistance of electroless Ni-P-nano SiC composite coating

    • On the basis of technology of general Ni-P-SiC electroless plating, nano-particle SiC was put into Ni-P solution by strong scattering action of ultrasonic. Based on the results of single factor experiment, the authors investigated the influence regularity of preparation process parameters(temperature, pH value, the concentration of SiC nanoparticles) on coating by the method of quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design test with three factors and five levels. When the temperature is 86℃, pH value is 6±0.5 and concentration of SiC nanoparticles is 3 g/L, the hardness of the coating is over 1700HV after heat treatment, and the wearability is the best.
