    Experimental study and design on film raking mechanism of hanging film raker with cotton-stalk crushing and returning to field

    • This article concisely introduced the design requirement and main components of hanging film raker with crushing cotton stalk and returning fragment to field, and presented the configuration parameters of raking film mechanism. Based on the theory analysis and the tests of working resistance of root cutting shovel, the authors gained the level of main technological parameters of root cutting shovel; the authors also studied on the arrangement of raking film tooth, the results indicated that the array of raking film tooth had a certain effect on film raking ratio, the larger array density of last row is, the better effect of raking film, but if array density was so denser that the tooth is clogged by the soil, and the minimum space between tooth is about 110 cm. At last, the authors attained the better level combination of main technological parameters by integrated experiment, which is that combination of the work depth cutting root shovel is about 4~5 cm, upgrade angle β(or smash soil angle) is 16°and machine working speed V is 6.2 km/h.
