Evaluation of land intensive use and analysis of driving force factors at town level

Today people pay more and more attention to the land intensive use, of which the scientific evaluation becomes a focus. Through the investigation of the land intensive use in Wu’an City, the index system of the land intensive degree evaluation at town level was set up. The method of multi-factor comprehensive assessment was used to evaluate the land intensive degree, and Wu’an City was divided into four rank regions. Furthermore, a method of special factor square analysis to make the values dimensionless was put forward in paper. Based on the relative analysis of land intensive use, the writer finds out the driving force factors of land intensive use and gives some suggestions about how to adjust and raise the land intensive use.
