    Simulated study on multi-stage concurrent flow grain drying technology with ventilation tempering

    • Aiming at defects in structure and operation in some multi-stage concurrent flow grain dryers,a new kind of multi-stage concurrent flow drying technology with ventilation tempering combining ventilation tempering with concurrent flow heating drying was put forward, according to the theory concerning inside water diffusion equation in the process of grain kernel cooling. Simulation test was also carried out to compare the new drying technology with ideal multi-stage concurrent flow drying technology.The simulation results testified that the new drying technology has the advantages of easily maintaining grain quality,saving energy and obtaining higher efficiency.
