Abstract
Abstract: The co-degradation technology of corn stalk by microorganism and enzyme was studied. Most of lignin was degraded though solid fermentation by Phanerochaete chrysosporium. Cellulose and hemicellulose were degraded through adding foreign cellulase and xylanase. Results show that maximum activities of LiP and Lac reach 11.3 u/g at the 12th day and 0.0992 u/g at the 15th day, rapidly degraded during 10~20 d, and the total loss rate of dry corn stalk is 18.94% after cultivation for 25d. The relative contents of celluloses and hemicellulose are decreased from 27.1% to 13.1% and from 20.3% to 11.9%, respectively after enzymolysis for 6 d. The degradation rates of lignin, cellulose and hemicellulose are 67.0%, 64.0% and 33%, the content of reduing sugar reaches 0.507 g/g (corn stalk) after co-degrading by microorganism and enzyme. Co-degradation technology by microorganism and enzyme provides a new method for utilization of corn stalk.
