Abstract
In order to optimize technology parameters for superfine pulverizing vegetative materials with vibration mill, based on theoretical analysis of influence of technology parameters of superfine pulverizing with vibration ball mill on pulverizing effect, the impact of vibration force on pulverizing effect was experimentally studied. Experiment of second order regression orthogonal rotation design was carried out with pulverizing medium filling rate, material particle size, pulverizing time and ball-material ratio as experimental factor and with pulverizing grain size D50 as evaluation criterion. Regression equation describing relation of experimental factors and criterion was established, and influence effects and trends of experimental factors for pulverizing were analyzed. Through optimum calculation and comprehensive analysis the optimal technology parameters for black agaric superfine pulverizing with vibration ball mill were determined with material grain size for screen mesh size 120, pulverizing time 1.75 h, pulverizing medium filling rate 53% and ball/material ratio 4.5. With combination of optimal parameters the mean diameter of pulverizing black agaric D50 was 4.6 mm. The results of the study provide a foundation for selection of technology parameters for superfine pulverizing of black agarics with ball mill.
