Abstract
On the basis of collecting, testing, analyzing and evaluating the soil samples in Dongtai, Luhe-Baguazhou, Yixing and Kunshan which were the typical areas of the farmland classification in Jiangsu Province, the spatial distribution characteristics and rules of farmland soil heavy metal pollution were investigated through Kriging interpolation using GIS software Sufer 8.0. The results show that: 1)farmland soil heavy metal pollution is overall at safe level in Dongtai and generally good in Liuhe–Baguazhou, there is a certain degree of risk of heavy metal pollution in Liuhe-Baguazhou and Yixing faces with a higher level of pollution risk, Kunshan was partly lightly polluted. There was a close relationship between the distribution pattern and the form and level of economic development; 2) there are different spatial distributions and forming factors of heavy metals in the farmland soils of the four typical areas; (3) the characteristics of farmland soil heavy metal pollution in different areas are well addressed by collecting, testing, and analyzing the soil samples in farmland classification standard sample plots, which can provide references for the farmland environmental quality management and agricultural cleaner production.
