Abstract
Controlled drainage technology is a main measure for regulation and control of field water regime. Combined prototype observation with simulation model, based on a large prototype observation of drainage control through construction of a damming structure on main drainage ditch, the effect of controlled drainage on the regulation and control of groundwater table was studied. By means of a three-dimensional dynamic groundwater model, field water table elevations under the different controlling conditions were simulated and optimal results were put forward. The results indicate that the controlled drainage technology can avoid availably excess loss of groundwater resources, and is propitious to use groundwater for crops. The research results supply reference for the regulation and control of farmland water resources and the drainage control structure construction.
