Improved design of the clamping and self-locking cottonseed precision dibbler

Abstract
Because of the problems and its related reason which existed in the service of the clamping and self-locking cotton precision dibblers, the seed-blocking ring and the seed discharging mechanism were designed and the seed-filling equipment was improved. Based on the introduction to the working principle and the calculation of its structural dimension, the processes of seed-filling, seed-clearing and seed-discharging were theoretically analyzed, and its system model was established in this paper. The field experiment results indicated that the operating reliability of seed filling of the improved dibbler has been greatly enhanced, and the problem of cavity rate caused by vibration and block was effectively solved.
