Abstract
On the self-designed test equipment of axial flow threshing and separating installation, the distribution regularities of threshed mixtures along the axial and circumferential directions for the assembled plank-tooth and helical vanes, spike-tooth axial flow threshing and separating installation were tested for rice, and the distribution curves and equations of the threshed mixtures were obtained. The experimental results show that the distribution curves of threshed mixtures along the axial direction follow the Peal-Reed model and fall in with polynomial form along the circumferential direction. Mixture distributions along the axial direction and circumferential direction are non-homogeneous and mixture characteristics of two installations are different.
