Abstract
In order to find out primary and secondary factors influencing the power dissipation of corn rootstalk treatment device of no-tillage planter, soil-bin experiment was carried out in the laboratory. The power dissipation model of the device was set up based on the quadratic regressive orthogonal test of the influencing factors. The results show that the embedded depth is the most influential factor, and the second one is the rotating speed of the blade shaft, and interactions between forward speed, rotating speed of the blade shaft and embedded depth have little influence on power dissipation. The power dissipation of the single unit is approximately 1.55~2.35 kW at working. The results can provide theoretical basis for developing new no-tillage planter and selecting matching power.
