Preparing fertilizers of amino acid chelate micro element from pig hoof nail and its effect on growth of pakchoi

Pig hoof nail was used as raw material to prepare composite amino acid through the microwave-hydrolyzing. Using the composite amino acid and microelement synthesized fertilizers of amino acid chelate micro element, the experiments were carried out to investigate its effect and concentration by spraying the fertilizers on the leaves of pakchoi. The effects of different treatments on physiology of pakchoi show that the fertilizers of amino acid chelate microelement can increase both nutrients absorption and photosynthesis in pakchoi, promote growth of pakchoi. The fertilizers had significant effects on increasing production and promoting quality of pakchoi. The proper spraying concentration was to dilute by 1000 times.
