Research progress of hyperspectral technology applied in agricultural remote sensing

    • The research and application of hyperspectral technology are the challenging task in agricultural remote sensing. This paper describes the development and progress of the application of hyperspectral technology in agricultural remote sensing, as well as summarizes the seven aspects including the study of spectral characteristics of crop leaves, crop classification and identification, inversion and extraction of crop bio-physical parameters, crop nutrient diagnosis, crop growth monitoring and yield prediction, agricultural remote sensing models and agricultural disaster monitoring. The unresolved problems of hyperspectral technology applied in agricultural remote sensing are pointed out in the paper and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. At last a prospect of the application of hyperspectral technology in agricultural remote sensing was analyzed.
