    Design of ridge reshaping and intertillage fertilizer applicator

    • Based on the current situation that corn intertillage machinery can not work in straw mulching farmlands in northeast of China, the ridge reshaping and intertillage fertilizer applicator was designed. The rotary tillage device was used to crush the residue and weed in the furrow, and disperse soil on both sides of the ridge. Meanwhile, fertilizer was applied. The ridge reshaping wheel finished ridge repair, covering soil and compaction. The results show that the kind of agricultural machinery has high performance of residue crushing and anti-blocking capacity. The reshaping and fertilizing results meet the design demand. The machine can meet needs of application in straw mulching farmlands in northeast of China.
