    Adsorption performance of LAS-10 macroporous adsorbent resin for celery(Apium Graveolens L.) flavones

    • In order to separate and purify flavones from celery, static adsorption behaviors of celery flavones on eight kinds of macroporous resins were studied and the optimum kind of macroporous resin was screened in the present work.Also,the adsorption performance of the proper macroporous resin for celery flavones was researched and the optimum parameters of adsorption were procured. The results showed that LSA-10 macroporous adsorbent resin which could be used to extract and separate celery flavones was the optimum kind of macroporous resin among eight types of macroporous resins under the experimental condition. The adsorption equilibrium time of LSA-10 macroporous adsorbent resin for celery flavones was 4 h. The isotherm of LSA-10 macroporous adsorbent resincould be described by Langmuir isotherm at 20℃. The proper pH value of celery flavones solution for adsorption was 5.0. Additionally, the factors such as flow rate, temperature and concentration of celery flavones had influences on the dynamic adsorption kinetic curves of LSA-10 macroporous adsorbent resin. The better conditions were as follow: flow rate 1.0 mL/min, concentration of celery flavones 0.4 mg/mL and temperature 20℃.
