    Development of FP2500A type stack-turning machine for organic fertilizer

    • The paper introduced FP2500A type stack-turning machine for organic fertilizer including overall configuration, working principle, technical features, structural design and parameter choice of key components et al. The machine was composed of the parts of conveying-crushing system, operation drive system, propelling system, control system and the machine frame. The conveying-crushing system employed two chain-scraper conveyers which were parallel and moved in opposite direction. And the whole machine was electrically self-propelled by four wheels. The performance test showed that the machine worked stably and swimmingly with high efficiency and good self-balancing. And the checked performance parameters were listed as follows: productivity in practice 155 m3/h, working width 2500 mm, available height of the organic fertilizer 850 mm, available maximal granule diameter 120 mm, granule diameter after stack-turning below 20 mm.
