Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency of irrigation water and fertilizer utilization, plant physiological regulation technology for water and fertilizer was studied. In the study, irrigation experiment with water and fertilizer was conducted in field. Winter wheat was selected to plant. To reveal the response rule of winter wheat to water-fertilizer condition, its physiological indexes (including plant height, dry weight, LAI, photosynthesis and grain yield, etc.) were analyzed. The growth trends of winter wheat are similar under different treatments. And all indexes of winter wheat under nitrogen treatment of 200 kg/hm2 are better than that of 100 kg/hm2. Results indicate that properly increasing of nitrogen application may improve yield of winter wheat in low fertilize condition, but there are no significant differences between winter wheat grain yield and total biomass of winter wheat under different treatments. As for water treatment, irrigations in milking stage and jointing stage are keys for winter wheat growth. Irrigation water amount may properly decrease in order to full use rainwater because that milking stage is in rain period. In order to reduce pollution, nitrogen treatment of 100 kg/hm2 is suggested to select, which is not affect observably to plant growth and it yield.
