    Traceability system for tilapia breeding quality safety information based on Web

    • In order to ensure quality and safety of tilapia, the key point information of tilapia breeding quality and safety control was identified based on analysis of flow chart of tilapia cultivation in this paper. Combined with the global unified identification EAN·UCC system, traceable labels were designed. Based on ActiveX control technology, function for traceable label printing was developed under B/S model structure. A Web-based traceability system for tilapia breeding quality safety was designed under B/S model structure. The system provided a useful platform for tracing the information of tilapia breeding quality safety. It also laid the foundation for tracing information of subsequent processing and distribution.
