    Design and test of 1GSZ-350 stubble-breaking and rotary tilling combined cultivating machine

    • In order to meet the needs of agricultural implements matched with high-powered tractors, a broad width combined cultivating machine was design based on single and combined work of cultivating machines. The combined cultivating machine had the functions of stubble-breaking, rotary tillage and subsoiling. Single works and combined work were carried out. The experimental results showed that the machine could give full play to a operation efficiency of high-power tractor when working. The designed machine could reduce power consumption of tractor, and energy saving was about 14.3%. The arrangement of stubble-breaking blade, deep-shovel and rotary tilling blade was reasonable, and soil moisture conservation efficiency was obvious. The ratios of pulverizing soil and stubble-breaking were above 95%. The designed machine belongs to energy saving of high efficiency machinery, and provides reference for studying on large agricultural implements.
