Abstract
Near infrared(NIR) spectroscopy analysis system was designed based on a fixed grating and a linear array charge-coupled device (CCD). The main content includes CCD drive circuit, spectrum signal acquisition circuit, fixed grating optical system, light source control system, CCD temperature control system and sample turntable control system. It was verified that the NIR spectral analysis method was feasible in testing the quality of grain by using the MPA Fourier spectrometer such as moisture and protein components of wheat. A variety of pretreatment methods were used to optimize the spectral data, and the optimal treatment means was the first derivative with multiplicative scatter correction. The CA-06 instrument performance and accuracy were verified, and wheat moisture and protein models were established.
