    Improved scheme and test comparison of drying jujube date using heat pump

    • Artificial drying can improve the quality of jujube and gain higher economic profit. According to the characteristics of jujube date in Taihang Mountain, two kinds of experimental schemes were carried out on a self-developed box-type heat pump dryer. Through analysis of drying rate and weight changes, the improved scheme was put forward and validated in experiment. The results of dehydration volume, drying energy consumption and heat showed that the improved drying scheme conforms to the water migration rule. The research achieved good drying effect and significantly energy saving effect.
