Abstract
Referring to the environmental impact assessment work of the rural energy ecological construction project using Asain Bank loans in Henan province, the author selected different ecological patterns in proportion from nine countrysides in nine counties, and from start to end, the project spent two years to investigate more than 80 indexes which included the farmers’ energy consumption, energy consumption costs, agricultural production investment and output, and so on in biogas using farmers and non-biogas using farmers. Biogas construction’s promotion of the planting and breeding and the pollution gas emission-reducing were also quantitatively analysed. The analysis results showed that biogas construction greatly reduced the consumption of traditional energy, saved energy consumption costs, reduced gas emissions and significantly increased economical income of the planting and breeding. Clearly, household biogas pond construction has obvious energy efficiency, economic, environmental and social benefits.
