    Control strategy of high pressure pump unit applied to high pressure common rail multiple injection system

    • In order to meet the new requirements of multiple injections technology on high pressure pump, the control strategy based on high pressure pump of GD-1 electronic controlled diesel engine was designed and further tested on engine platform. The test results demonstrated that this control strategy achieved an effective control on the high-pressure pump, in which, not only the performance of high-pressure pump was improved, but also the reliability of fuel injection system was ensured. This control strategy can also provide a basis for common rail diesel engine to further improve the multiple injection control and emission.
