    Design and implementation of land use change analysis and decision system

    • In order to quickly and accurately extract the change information of land use data,this paper provides the incremental extraction method to detect change information about land use between two different temporal versions of land use data, and automatically extracts spatial change information and attribute change information. We design and implement a system of Land Use Change Detection and Analysis (LUCDA) which could automatic extract all sorts of change information and make quantitative analysis of the change information. A practical application is used as the case to prove the ability of “timing, locating and quantifying” analysis of the system for land use planning.
