    Design of 1JHSX-34 straw crusher for whole-feeding combine harvesters

    • Supporting equipments for the whole-feeding combine harvester of straw crusher were lack. 1JHSX-34 straw crusher for whole-feeding combine harvesters was designed in this paper, and structure and working principle of the1JHSX-34 straw crusher were introduced. Shaft speed, blade parameters and drive system were analyzed in detail. Three different lodging rate of wheat field (90%, 50%, 0) test showed that stalk crushing average qualified rate of less than 50 mm length respectively were 91.3%, 92.9% and 94.4%. The results show that straw crusher performance is good.
